LVTs

We offer a comprehensive aftercare service, from maintenance cleans to the application and re-application of floor dressings. Most LVT floors have a dressing that can be applied after installation, to enhance the look of the floor and maintain its just fitted appearance.

Much like polishing a car, these dressings can highlight the tones in the flooring and serve as a second wear layer. However, these will fade and wear off over time. Fear not, although care kits are available for you to undertake these steps, we are very at home with the whole process. We have all the machinery and cleaners to completely strip any old floor dressing or polish, deep clean the LVTs and then re-apply a new dressing. Meaning hassle free maintenance and a new looking floor year on year.

Its not just newly installed floors that we can help with. Have you discovered an existing LVT flooring under and a carpet or inherited a worn and dull LVT floor when moving homes. Our cleaning products and process will help lift a tried and dull LVT floor back to its best, without the need to strip it out and replace with a new floor.

Commercial sheet & safety vinyl

We have a range of cleaners specifically suited to each type of vinyl flooring and also floor dressings that will keep your floor looking as good as the day it was installed. We can de-grease and strip back contaminants and dirt that have built in to sheet and safety flooring to bring the floor back to its best.

Tiles & Stone

Ceramic & Porcelain tiles are normally pre-sealed in the manufacturing process. This makes them quite easy to clean and maintain with PH neutral cleaners.

Natural stone is naturally absorbent and needs to be sealed before use to ensure it doesn’t absorb moisture or dirt and avoid staining. The sealing requirements differ between types of stone and the wear and tear it goes through. There are different types of sealant for each type of stone and its finish, for example unpolished versus polished. The sealant needs to be regularly maintained on the surface, as it will wear away over time. It is advised to reseal any type of stone every six months to help reduce the risk of staining and dirt ingress. We are on hand to help with this and can clean and re-seal all types of natural stone. With a range of stone cleaners and sealers, we are fully equipped to undertake this process for you as often as you require.
